Dedication to an Inclusive and Diverse Environment
All students entering my classroom come from different backgrounds, each with a diverse range of abilities and unique talents. Maintaining an inclusive and accepting space allows each student to reach their own full potential free from the judgment of others. This inclusion brings forth opportunities for uniquely diverse and thriving learning environments for students within my classroom.

Engaging in Healthy and Meaningful Relationships with Students
Establishing a close connection to the students is key for fostering a supportive net for my students. In my classroom I want the students to know that I support them and that I will always encourage them to be the best versions of themselves. These relationships not only establish mutual respect between me and my students, but it also gives them a sense of trust and security within the classroom.
-
Purposeful and Recurring Self-Reflectance
Constantly reflecting on the ways I conduct myself and my classroom allows me to make adjustments that suit the needs of all of my students. This self-reflectance guides me through my mistakes and gives me the opportunity to build and learn from them, instead of repeating them.

Commitment to Career Long Learning
Attending Professional Development sessions or educational seminars are essential to my development as an educator. As a career long learner, it's important for me to improve my own ideology and also relate to students by experiencing new things that may be outside my comfort zone.

Application of Relevant Feedback
Giving my students relevant and meaningful feedback on their work is crucial to the development of their learning. Allowing them to see where they should improve on summative as well as formative assessments gives them a better framework of their own education.
