Demonstration of Professional Knowledge
TQS #3: A teacher applies a current and comprehensive repertoire of effective planning, instruction, and assessment practices to meet the learning needs of every student.

This lesson plan encompasses kinesthetic methods of learning for division related to multiplication facts up to 5 x 5. This lesson plan also engaged students in expeditionary learning i.e.) learning by doing.

This lesson plan demonstrates my ability to plan and design a learning activity that addresses the learning outcome outlined in the Alberta programs of study. This lesson also shows my dedication to creating engaging and relevant activities for students. The components of this lesson plan demonstrate my focus on professional knowledge.
